Presidential Quality at WOLF Architects

Below is a shoe Mr Wolf bought in 1989.
For a 26 year old shoe, it’s condition is impeccable. Still having its original shoelace, the sole remains intact and comfortable till today. While the shoe looks a bit worn, the exterior leather material has not been ripped anywhere. It exhibits Mr Wolf’s most simple ideal of quality being key.
The shoe was manufactured by a Japanese shoe company established in 1880 called Regal Shoes – and regal they are! Mr Wolf found these shoes in a department store in Thailand. Pictured next to the shoe in a frame was an image of Ronald Reagan, promoting that if they were good enough for the president, they were good enough for anyone. Its quality like this that Mr Wolf strives for even today. Designing something that lasts and is of presidential quality is reinforced in the day-to-day work that is produced at WOLF Architects.
Even though the shoe looks out of date now, it proves to have carried through a presidential quality like no other. Looking at the shoe now, Mr Wolf claims that what was once a stylish shoe may now have a second life as a garden shoe or be used around the backyard while working on some of his many cars.
