The packages listed below are for economy to medium range projects with construction budgets starting from approx. $2000 per square metre. For luxury development designs our fees follow similar guidelines to that of our single dwelling projects with reduced rates at negotiated on a case by case basis taking into account the size and complexity of the development. Packages for our design and documentation services are as follows:

This may be in the form of adding an additional dwelling to the rear of an existing home, or building two new dwellings with one behind the other, or side by side Town House arrangement.

Architectural fees range between $50,000 and $90,000+GST

Houses arranged in a cluster, or side by side Town House arrangement.

Architectural fees range between $60,000 and $120,000+GST

4-5 dwellings.
