Design Concept
The design of this high-rise apartment building emphasizes a harmonious blend of scale, intimacy, and practicality. Our goal was to create a structure that, despite its size, feels welcoming and approachable. To achieve this, we utilized bricks for external cladding, even at the top levels, to help the eye identify scale and make the building appear more intimate and small. This softness is crucial for a residential building, providing a sense of comfort and homeliness.
Material Innovation
The use of bricks in the cladding not only contributes to the building’s aesthetic appeal but also offers practical benefits:

Roof-Top Swimming Pool
