Symmetry, Proportion and Balance through the Eye of the WOLF
These have always been strong elements of Wolf Architecture. They are not easy qualities to learn or teach, but every Wolf designer strives to understand them. Being able to sense when a design encapsulates those qualities takes years of experience. A great Wolf design requires something that can only be described as being similar to a Jedi using the Force. Anyone can wield a light saber but only a Jedi can use the Force.
Proportion is something that takes time to understand and begins with a careful study of ancient and classical architecture. Long before the days of computers our architects spent countless hours searching for formulas and methods to derive the most visually and emotional pleasing proportions. This is evidenced from the great pyramids of Giza through the Parthenon and Michael Angelo’s Vitruvian man. WOLF Architects are aware of this and continue to develop this awareness daily. The unique proportions in every project are balanced with the experienced eye of the WOLF.
With the “Eye of the WOLF” you have the assurance that your design will always be visually striking, proportionately correct and always harmoniously balanced.
Symmetry, Proportion and Balance brings balance to the Force.
