Good architects should understand design, construction and how to make things right when buildings go wrong. The recent wet weather exposed a critical water problem we weren’t aware of. Our foundation was being affected by pools of water that couldn’t escape. Being the clever architects, we are; we found the problem, got our hands dirty and fixed it.
