What is it like to work for Wolf Architects?
We believe that having a fantastic office environment enriched with an amazing staff population is essential in ensuring the happiness of our team members. The working environment should therefore be inspiring, clean and promote a positive atmosphere. We encourage a unique and creative office culture that fuels a sense of team spirit among all of our staff. Working in an open studio cultivates the ability to learn from one another and to assist each other where needed. All members of the Wolf Pack should all be highly skilled, creative and well mannered. The Wolf Spirit is always being enriched by the multicultural and diverse nature of our ever growing team.
At Wolf Architects, we like it to feel more like play than work. In saying that, we do demand a very high calibre of work which allows us to uphold the Wolf Standard that we’re so well known for. All team members are carefully selected and thus go through an in-house training and support program to ensure that they can uphold the Wolf Standard.
When selecting people to join the team at Wolf Architects, there are some key traits that we always look out for. It’s important for us to be hard working. A Wolf designer will look at the work they have to complete and won’t stop until they achieve an outcome that showcases the best of their ability. We also must have a team that comprises of fast and efficient learners. A designer will come to Wolf Architects with an empty cup. They aren’t necessarily the most skilled designers or the people who claim to know it all already, they should be capable of absorbing new information and able to process and action it quickly.
We also require all new team members to have a good sense of humour! Wolf designers should feel comfortable with one another and relaxed when being sociable. We strive to ensure that there is a great balance between work and play. Everyone should be able to freely express themselves and their sense of humour without judgement – After all, laughter is what brings the Wolf Pack together!
