Tempura Friday!
Another wonderful Friday afternoon at Wolf Architects with Miss Suzuki teaching us how to make Japanese tempura. We feasted in true wolf style with lots of fresh prawns and fish. And being the very creative architects that we are, we were quite happy to experiment with our newly acquired skills. We tempura fried all sorts of things including avocado, chicken, smarties, potato cakes, and Mars bars. The deep fried Mars Bars proved to be quite a hit.
