The Heathmont House by WOLF Architects

Our Heathmont project is under construction and making excellent progress. Designed by WOLF Architects this sustainable dream home is on its way to fruition as David Toebelmann and his team at Toebelmann Constructions bring the building to life.
Mr Wolf and the team are on site regularly assisting as necessary and following the progress of the build. Further to our design services, a comprehensive package includes our presence on site and throughout construction as a support system for both the client and the builder. Accurate transition from endorsed drawing to the final product is imperative to maintaining the integrity of the design and the vision of the project.
Each Wolf project is essentially a prototype hence the partnership between the Architect, builder and client must be based on clear communication and mutual expectations across the board. Due to the nature of our homes and the complexity of our designs our team is always thinking forward when it comes to detailing, selecting materials, finishes and products to suit our projects. With so many new developments from construction methods to state of the art materials and finishes working closely on site with the builder during construction is an important aspect of every project as the build of an architecturally designed home is not an exact science.
