Matesic House

The Matesic house is an elegant and simple family home set on a very unique suburban street. The rear of the home backs on to a waterway reserve, with extended views to the sea. This required for the house to not only look good from the front, but from every side, a specialty of WOLF Architects. Within, the house is exceptionally light-filled with views from every space capitalizing on views wherever possible. This home is also a fine example of Architect and client collaborating in an owner builder situation. Resourcefulness in build and attention to details resulted in a home built to very high standards without breaking the bank.
