While most architects in Melbourne sit in front of their computers all day long, the average Wolf Architect will get out of their seat at least once every 30 minutes. This improves the circulation in their body and overall well being. It’s not just a matter of standing up and sitting back down.

We have introduced a few key yoga stretches to do throughout the day. The postures will keep us feeling limber and refreshed. Working in front of a computer for long periods of time can put a strain on your neck, shoulder and back muscles which in turn can lead to stiffness.

We often head out back to shoot some hoops to unwind and clear our minds
